Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received, in the original packaging and not used (flying a flag outside for a few days is not eligible for a return as it has been used and cannot be returned as new).  If you paid for express or priority shipping the shipping fees may not be refunded.  If an item has been opened and cannot be re-packaged as new you may be assessed a 15% restocking fee since it cannot be sold as a new item.  Items returned that are deemed as being flown or used will be given a 25% refund.

You can begin a return by logging in to your account and following the instructions on returning an item.  If you do not have an account, please send an email to flags@heartlandflags.com to begin the return process.  A member of our customer service will respond and guide you through the process.  If you receive the incorrect item or it is defective a postage paid label will be provided to return the item.  If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
