Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 40 days from the date of purchase. If you are exchanging a product you will need to ship the item back to the address below and purchase the item you would like. Once we receive your item back the appropriate refund will be posted to the payment method you used to purchase the product. Please include your order number on all returns in order to receive a prompt refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received, in the original packaging and not used (flying a flag outside for a few days is not eligible for a return as it has been used and cannot be returned as new). If you paid for faster shipping the shipping fees will not be refunded. If an item has been opened and cannot be re-packaged as new you may be assessed a 15% restocking fee since it cannot be sold as a new item. Items returned that are deemed as being flown or used will be given a 25% refund.
Please send an email to flags@heartlandflags.com to begin the return process. A member of our customer service will respond and guide you through the process. If you receive the incorrect item or it is defective a postage paid label will be provided to return the item. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
