SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship FREE to anywhere in the United States!  We ship Monday through Saturday.  All orders are shipped out the same or next business day after the order is placed.  All Standard and Priority shipping orders placed after 12 p.m. CST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday.

For Standard Shipping, we select the shipping method based on the physical size and weight of the products you ordered.  Most orders will ship through the United State Post Service and typical delivery is around 3-8 business days.

If your order has to be packed in a larger box than USPS will accept your order will ship FedEx or UPS ground.  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. For Priority Shipping, we will send your order Priority Mail or FedEx for delivery in 2-3 business days.  Shipping cutoff is 12 p.m. CST for Priority Upgrades to go out the same day. 

Any packages with a subtotal of $300 or more will be shipped FedEx Ground and may require an Adult SignatureYou'll receive an email confirming the shipping date and carrier used the same day your order is sent along with a tracking number. If you have any questions about how your order will ship prior to placing it, please give us a call or send us an email.  The delivery times above are not guaranteed. The day the order is shipped does not count towards the shipping times. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.

Flag poles and larger wrought iron products cannot be shipped outside the Contiguous United States. If you intend to ship outside the Contiguous U.S. and want an accessory, give us a call before ordering and we'll let you know the practicality and the shipping/insurance charges for your consideration. Some poles and stands cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Please read the description on each items product page for more details.

If you are sending an order as a gift you may include a short message. There is a place on the cart page, before you checkout, where you may add your message. It will appear on the packing slip included inside the order. Also, no prices are shown.

If your package is stolen from your mailbox or porch we are not responsible, nor required to refund or replace your order.
